Ra1-Pro robot

When I try to program a robot in a RA1-PRO I get the following message:

ERROR (3) | | | Flash Memory write error! Memory May Be Damaged! (OR: Communication problem!)

Does anyone have a solution?

I have Ra2 but i understand the Robot Loader software is the same. I would double check the cable connectors. Unplug and plug again at both ends.

Can you connect to the Ra1 using the loader?(you should get the firmware version in status at lower right corner)

Does this happen only when you try to upload hex files?

?
Which Operating System do you use and did you correctly install the newest Drivers?
(please do not try to use the ones supplied with Windows 7)
