Hi!

I have set the BS1000 to send measurements via the messenger function using the following messenger rule:
Code:
V0.7
A1LogAll
B1
C300
Ehttp://mydbserver/logger.php
Zsname==$i&&stype==$q&&svalue==$v

"mydbserver" is a server on my network that takes the measurements, processes and sends them on to a mysql database. The "C300" statement should reduce updates via the messenger to ~ every five minutes. However, the updates are happening roughly once every minute, filling my database with unnecessary readings. Is there something wrong with my settings or is there a defect in the firmware (I'm on version 1.0.5.4) that leads to the BS1000 ignoring the inhibit time setting? Except for stability issues that I will raise in a different post, everything else is working fine.

Thanks, Jon

Hi Jon,

The inhibit time should work per sensor. It is reset when the unit resets.
Since you also experience stability problems,
please replace the power supply unit with another one. We have seen quite some poor performing supply units, causing this behavior.
The unit should be running 24/7; and that is what we see in a lot of systems.

Best regards
Jaap
