BS-1000 Lan Receiver communication problem

I have got a BS-1000 Lan Receiver with 4 temperature sensor, last week BS-1000 sudenly shut down communication with web and usb.I mean that i can not connect at web page and with usb cable. The ethernet port light do not work but red, blue and green lights works without blinking. It has the latest firmware (bs1000_fw_1_0_4_2) on it. What do you suggest me ?

Hello,

Seems there was a problem during the new firmware upograde flash.

Please flash the latest firmware again, be sure the logger services are all switch off (see text file).

As I told below I cannot use web interface and USB interface how can I switch logger service ?

After many times tried, it accepted new firmware then seems it goes well.
